I was an inclusion support assistant at a primary school, working with various kids with learning difficulties and disabilities. This has given me the ability to alter how I teach a concept/skill to a student as every child has different ways of learning and understanding. I am very patient and encourage students to first independently work through problems before asking for assistance.Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

Revision of the first three topics. Smashed through them, he only found minimal difficulty with the challenge questions but was still able to work through them and achieve the correct answer.
Worded questions were introduced. He is able to take out the important information and work out the steps needed to figure out the answer however he struggles to incorporate past skills to work out the answer such as the multiplication of decimals with two places. Just a matter of practice, will make sure to do a couple of worded questions each session.

Will revise both 25% and 10% percentages next week briefly just to solidify the skill.
