What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
I really enjoy talking about maths, I really like to show people the exciting side of maths. I do also enjoy helping people improve and achieve the goals they set out. I like sharing my experiences to help them through school, this is especially true for the year 12 students. I also enjoy the change of pace and find tutoring relaxing and a good refresher after the days university work.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
From my experience the most important aspect of tutoring is giving the student the confidence to do what they think is right. So much of maths and life is doing what you think is right and then reflecting on the consequences. If you don't have the confidence to take the first step then you won't solve anything. The hardest aspect is giving students that confidence, because to build it they have to make mistakes and fail which in maths unlike life is very cut and dry. But its in the attempts to solve a problem that a student learns the most about maths and ultimately builds their confidence.
