What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
Although I have never tutored, what I would enjoy most about tutoring is helping the student. Specifically I think I will enjoy helping the student to understand the math topics they are covering and hopefully allow them to find the subject less overwhelming.My Strengths as Tutor 💪
I think my strengths as a tutor would be listening to the student to understand their specific needs and the fact that I have done a variety of maths subjects throughout school and now in university means I have been taught maths in different ways. I think some of the most important things a tutor can be for a student is to listen, be patient, be respectful, considerate and kind. Firstly, in order to help a student I believe you need to listen to what they are finding difficult. Being patient I think is also important because I think that different students learn differently and taking the time to understand why a student finds a particular topic difficult is important.
