I enjoy tutoring because not only is it rewarding seeing the growth of the students but also because they can also teach me things as well to help me become a better tutor and person.

The most important things a tutor can do for a student is to listen to them and find out what they are having trouble understanding and helping them to be more confident. Also, it is important that the student feels the tutor cares about their progress and will take their time to make things easier for the student to understand.
