Attempting to adapt content to helped each individual student gain a better understanding (changing explanations depending on student). If I don't know how to solve something at first relating that information back to the student rather than giving a 'bad' solution to a problem.Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
Understanding the different needs each student has and adapting according to needs and being able to admit to not knowing things. These help show a unique way of thinking as well as adaptability and establishing that tutors are also human beings who may not understand everything the first time around.
