What I enjoy most about tutoring is being able to give others the help and support they need to be more confident in themselves and their work. I am a punctual person who is also very eager to learn, which I believe are two highly regarded traits of a tutor. Punctuality as it is important to know that a student's time should not be wasted, as they rely on the tutor to learn and care about their wellbeing- encouraging them to study harder. As for the latter trait, I think it is important for tutors to realize that despite having learned the curriculum, they may still revisit or restudy a certain concept. This is not necessarily due to them being forgotten, rather by delving deeper into subjects, they have a variety of approaches to teach to the student.Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
For my students I know I can provide them with my patient and reliable nature. I believe I have quite a high tolerance, thus even if I may have to repeat certain concepts to a student I will take the time to ensure they will understand no matter what.
