What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
To see the smile or the ‘lightbulb moment’ in a student when they solve a problem. I believe this is one of the most rewarding experiences because you build self-confidence and better yourself by expanding your knowledge and learning more of what is out there. This is what I love to share with others.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
My biggest strength is my empathy. The internal struggle and frustration of being able to understand a concept is something I’ve become familiar with all too well. A constant figure of support would’ve given me more peace of men and would’ve helped my drive in my studies to continuously strive for my best. These struggles have shaped me to be the figure of support and it builds a good rapport between the student and me.
I have also held multiple leadership roles which have given me the experience to conduct well-thought and organised events and have given me perspective to also look ahead. So the responsibility of others around, I am familiar and comfortable with.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
To not judge, but constantly support. To tutor is one thing, but to tend to the welfare and growth of your student is another. This is what I will do for my students. Help them to be grounded with their studies, which will provide a strong basis to help them thrive with their career(s).
