What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
I enjoy most when a student is able to understand, remember what they have learnt and being able to apply it. Moreover, I really enjoy the change in attitude and mindset when a student who once was not able to solve maths problem become a genius at solving math problem. Personal growth in others makes me happy.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
I think my strengths are as a tutor is that I am passionate, persistent and patient when I am with the student. Moreover, I am supportive and encouraging of them in their progress and to push them to be the best version of themselves.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
I consider the most important thing for me as a tutor to do is help make maths be fun. If i can do so, I believe that learning, remembering and applying what they have learnt to become easy.

I noticed in today's lesson that Sophie was able to complete the trial past paper quiz more quickly in comparison to previous weeks. I believe that Sophie has further improved her knowledge and experience in tackling different multiple choice questions which was great to see.
In this week, I did however notice Sophie making small errors in the multiple choice. I strongly believe and urge Sophie to go slower in the multiple choice and reread her line of equation before moving on. I wish Sophie the best in her studies and hope she excels in the HSC exam. It was a privilege to have taught an amazing student such as Sophie.

It was awesome to see today that Sophie was able to come up with her own method of solving a couple of questions that I would not have thought of. Great to see Sophie using an 'outside of the box' thinking to solve the questions.
I believe that as Sophie continues to practice plenty and a variety of questions from the hsc and trial past papers, this will boost her confidence and her knowledge to solve any questions. If Sophie has any questions, please feel free to let me know in the next lesson.

I noticed in today's lesson that Sophie's level of confidence has improved when approaching the multiple choice. It was awesome to see Sophie solve the multiple choice section in a quicker time and achieve higher overall marks for the multiple choice section.
Although in today's lesson there was a lot of improvement, I again would encourage Sophie to go a bit slower and it is important to check her working out again before moving forward.
