What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I personally find being able to assist students in achieving their goals the most enjoyable and rewarding aspect of tutoring. I was fortunate enough to experience this first-hand during my time as a private tutor when my student who was initially considering selecting a lower level of maths, achieved the second-highest mark in her preliminary examination. This level of impact, and ability to bring upon a positive change in students' learning journey, makes the entire tutoring experience incredibly enjoyable and rewarding.

I believe my organisational skills, ability to effectively communicate with others and my genuine passion for mathematics and physics and the desire that with others are my key strengths as a tutor.

I believe the most important thing a tutor can do for a student is to nurture a friendly and open environment that encourages ongoing, honest communication. Such an environment allows for the development of trust, a common understanding of the goals of the student and encourages students to actively seek assistance without fear of judgement. These factors greatly impact the overall receptiveness of the students and hence the effectiveness of the support provided by a tutor.
