What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

The most exciting and attractive moment is when the student finally figure out something he/she have been struggled for a long time. Usually the tutor easily falls into what is called "the curse of knowledge", which means it is hard for a person who possess knowledge to understand the feeling of someone who doesn't. It could be really frustrating for both the tutor and the student, but when the student finally comprehend, the frustration could burst into pleasure.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

1. Comprehension. It could be never too necessary for truly understand the student totally. 2. Preparation. Each student faces individual problems, which requires the tutor to make personalized plan for different students.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

Troubleshooting. All students should be able to complete the syllabus as it is designed to be a general outline despite of personal differences. If they have trouble meeting the requirements, tutors should be there to solve their problems. It might be a bit arrogant for a tutor to say being able to provide "help" or "aid" to a student requiring help from tutors(such jobs are supposed to be teachers'), but tutors should also play their role well in the students' education, which is to overcoming their weaknesses.
