What do I enjoy most about tutoring? ๐Ÿ˜

I enjoy helping people understand the content they previously thought was too hard for them, and the moments where you can see everything 'click' for them and make sense. I feel proud of the person as they now feel more confident in themselves and their abilities.

My Strengths as Tutor ๐Ÿ’ช

As a tutor my subject strengths are definitely maths and science, and logical thinking. I also find ways to explain concepts in the simplest way possible, using flow charts to link ideas, and using real-life examples and acronyms to help remember and solidify concepts.

Most important things I can do for a student ๐Ÿ…

The most important things a tutor can do for a student is not only assist them with their learning, but create a positive and encouraging environment as people work best when they believe in themselves. I also believe it is important to incorporate fun activities as people are more likely to achieve higher grades in subjects they find interesting. It is also important to teach students study techniques so they can continue to achieve higher marks in their future.
