What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I really enjoy helping students gain confidence and develop to their full potential. I love helping them organise their ideas and develop a love of reading and writing. I have a love of learning and teaching and encourage the same in students. I'm passionate about literacy and helping students reach their goals and motivate them.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I'm a qualified and experienced English teacher and completed my PhD in Literature from the University of Queensland. I have over 20 years of teaching and tutoring experience both in the classroom and online. I have taught students in a classroom setting as well as in small groups and one-on-one including developing lessons and appropriate learning resources based on the students' learning needs. I ensure that lessons have a friendly and open atmosphere where students are encouraged to question and explore ideas.
