What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I enjoy passing on my knowledge about mathematics to students of all capabilities, and find great reward and self-satisfaction in seeing a students progression and academic improvement.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

- I feel I am a very patient individual, and I am able and willing to stay on a certain topic until my student is confident, and fully understands the topic. - I very much value comfort, and put utmost importance on ensuring the student is comfortable, in order to create a safe and non-judgemental learning environment. - I am very flexible and am open to adjusting my timetable and my teaching style for specific students. - Although I value empathy, I still ensure their is a certain level of discipline for optimal student performance.

I believe creating an individual approach to a students learning is essential in 1-1 tutoring. Understanding a students strengths and weaknesses, what they find exciting and boring is vital in creating a personalised approach to their learning. Furthermore, I consider that building comfort and trust in order for a student to feel confident in asking any question to their tutor, while developing a bond with the student is also very important in a students academic success.
