My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I ensure that someone works to their full potential and if they don't, I ensure that I help them reach their maximum potential. I use old school methods so students understand what they are doing in a step-by-step manner leaving little room for mistakes. My weakness is that I could be a little too competitive and this makes me want to ensure that a student can perform to his maximum potential which could be against a student's wishes but I hope to overcome this weakness by allowing a student to feel more comfortable around the subject and the tutor.

The most important thing a tutor can do is ensure that a student does not hate the subject they require tutoring in. The tutor must approach the subject on the same level as the student so that the student does not dread having a tutoring session and develops a liking towards the subject.
