What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
I enjoy tutoring because it gives me the opportunity to focus my attention on one student and in doing so, I maximise my ability to help that student reach their goals, whether it be education or otherwise. Tutoring provides an intrinsic reward as it allows me the opportunity to improve someone's academic experience wherever possible. I enjoy helping a student find the study approach that suits them best so that they are tasked to work independently. Through tutoring, students are able to gain skills that will help them in their own futures, including and outside of the academic scope.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
As a tutor, I think my strengths lie in my communication and interpersonal skills. I do my best to understand the student and what suits them to gain a clearer perception of what approach works best in regards to education. By doing this, I can tailor my tutoring approach to their needs and what they expect out of the entire experience so that their time is not gone to waste. By establishing a benchmark of clear communication, I can ensure that the student feels comfortable telling me that they don't understand a particular concept or would like to revise an idea.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
I think above all else, the most important thing a tutor can do for a student is to help them and give them the necessary skills and understanding to be able to work independently, and to better understand the studying strategy that suits them best. It is important that a tutor is able to teach a student but more important than this is that a tutor must do their best to help a student see the importance of education, and help them find a way to make education an enjoyable experience.

she's doing really well, just needs to pay a little bit more attention and she'll be more than fine.
