My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I believe my main strength is my ability to listen to my students, understand their problems from their perspective, and develop strategies to approach maths which is personally tailored to each student. I think my greatest weakness is my over committed personality, as this has resulted in large amounts of additional unpaid hours which I have put in for previous students in order to ensure they succeed, hindering my university work.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

Since students most commonly get tutoring as they do not understand the approach taken by their teacher to the subject, I believe the most important thing is to relate to the student, and see the problem from their perspective. This leads to the ability to create personalised approaches to the theories presented in class, and allow the student to feel confident with the subject.
