For me, the most important things a tutor can do for a student is to set aside the necessary time and effort aside for each session. This is vital when helping the student to maintain their motivation and dedication to their work. Time management and the ability to plan each session; (some students may find it difficult to sort out for themselves what needs to be accomplished in each lesson- trust me, I have dyspraxia, I know how this feels); also become important when helping students to increase their potential.
