What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

From my experience, the best part of tutoring is seeing the satisfaction of students being able to solve the problem at hand. Being able to solve problems that previously may have been difficulty is something awesome to see. Furthermore, I enjoy helping out anyone that may be struggling with the content. I like to be a mentor to them, guiding students to solve any problems. Finally, by tutoring, I can learn new things and challenge my brain to solve problems in another perspective. Seeing how different people approach a problem is really insightful.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

One of my strengths as a tutor is my ability to explain concepts in a simple way. Often students may be having issues with a problem due to the fact of not understanding the concepts first before tackling the problem. As such, I aim to explain such concepts in a way that students are able to clearly understand what to do. Furthermore, I am able to relate to students on the struggles to solve a given problem. Having experienced before of unable to solve problems, I know what it is like and how to overcome it. In this way, I can better relate to students and provide them help on certain topics.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

One important thing a tutor can do is clearly understand what a student wants with their tutor. For example, if a student already know concepts really well, a tutor should be able to identify this and spend more time on areas where a student may struggle. Furthermore, it is important to consider the student first and foremost. A tutor should be able to identify if a student is frustrated or stress and take immediate action based on the student. Finally, a tutor should always meet the students needs i.e. explain concepts, provide aid to approaching a problem.
