What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

The fact that I can take what I have learnt and understood and present the same in an eloquent way to someone else who wishes to understand the same. I also like creating my own worksheets and assignments individually curated for each student to identify weaknesses and strengths of their own.

My Strengths as Tutor πŸ’ͺ

I think my strengths as a tutor are that I am easily approachable and really patient with my students. The student will not face any hesitation coming up to me with a doubt or a clarification in a concept he/she didn't grasp. I could iterate the explanation again and again in different ways as long as he/she does get the grasp of it. As aforementioned, I also make my own worksheets per student catered to their individual strengths and weaknesses which helps in mapping a prospective scope of improvement.

Most important things I can do for a student πŸ…

Learning is all about association. You cannot go to C without having to go through A and B. I think one of the most important things a tutor can do for a student is to focus on the basics first and only if the basics are clear should the tutor proceed with the new concepts. Individual attention to each student and identifying their individual strengths and weaknesses to map out a prospective scope of improvement plan. The tutor should also be approachable and patient with his students. They should be able to come up to him without any hesitation when a doubt clarification is needed.
