What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
I enjoy having one-on-one sessions with students because I get to know so much about them and build a friendship with them. When I can see they are happy and comfortable in my company, it gives me great joy. This also allows me to understand how they learn and do what I can to make our lessons as enjoyable as possible.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
My strengths as a tutor is that I do not give up easily and so I will try every possible method to ensure the students understand what I am teaching them and make sure the concepts are implanted in their minds. I also have good enough patience that a student who is struggling to understand something will not anger me and I will in no way make them feel pressured to grasp concepts immediately. Teaching for so many years has helped me to know that not all age groups are to be taught in the same way, so I know how to adapt to every student and teach in a way that suits their age.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
The most important things a tutor can do for a student is to create an enjoyable and safe learning environment for them, be understanding as well as patient with them and doing your best to be there for them in all academic aspects. Making sure the student feels comfortable with you will make every other aspect of teaching them easier and allow for better academic outcomes.
