What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I enjoy working with students as they have come to me to tutor them because they want to achieve the best that they possibly can. This gives me a chance to pass on the knowledge I have accumulated over the years and give it to them to learn and improve upon, allowing them to have access to more opportunities.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

My first strength as a tutor is my ability to understand the needs of my students. I understand that some students need more time to absorb the content presented and some students need it to be explained on a simpler basis. Understanding this allows me to be more adaptive and cater to what they need to understand the content I present them. My second strength is my friendly nature. I understand how daunting it can be thus I am able to provide a safe space for my students and with my friendly nature, I can make them feel heard and allow them to learn efficiently. These are my key strengths.

The most important thing a tutor can do for a student is being understanding of their academic level and personal circumstances. It is important as every student is different and absorbs content differently, thus tutors need to be adaptive towards their student's academic needs. Tutors need to be conscious of their student's circumstances as tutors need to provide a safe space for their students to learn and report anything that may indicate the student is in any danger. Overall, the most important thing that tutors can do for their students is being understanding.
