What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I believe tutoring is more than just an individual (like myself) trying to teach another student Mathematics, Science, and English from A to Z - primarily because they are receiving this formal education through their teachers at the institute they attend. Whilst, I believe what I enjoy the most is facilitating the progression of students from A to Z, whether that may be utilising my knowledge to fill in their gaps, educating and building upon their existing knowledge to provide them a new perspective regarding the concepts of mathematics that I have learned and used to approach mathematics.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I believe my commitment and interest in lifelong learning is a strength that I can utilize to advance my own learning to make myself more knowledgeable. I am able to then use this knowledge to pass it on to my students as a tutor, improving my ability to cater to the specific needs of the students. Furthermore, I believe my effective communication skills (verbal and written) allow me to convey my knowledge to my students in a manner that is concise and adapted to the needs of the individual student, whilst simultaneously understanding and navigating through the challenges they might face.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

I believe a tutor's ability to guide their students through concepts in a manner that is intuitive and simplified to their level of education (regardless of its inherent difficulty) in their subjects is vital to the position. This is because this mindset promotes more advanced forms of problem-solving skills, catering to the ever-growing need for independent learners and students who excel in their own academia. Teaching with this new mindset not only promotes this mindset but also changes the way student approach their learning in a manner that is ultimately more efficient and advanced.
