I enjoy helping others in terms of education, whether it be overcoming difficulties in learning or simply enhancing their current knowledge. I also find it particularly rewarding when a student fosters interest and enthusiasm in what they are learning. I think the tutor needs to make the student as comfortable as possible, with themselves and the learning process. A tutor needs to be approachable and encouraging, to ensure that the student is able to open up, allowing them to communicate the particular difficulties they are experiencing in their learning.
