What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
Tutoring gives me opportunity to learn to be patient and considerate towards students through observing, learning and understanding their difficulties. These characteristics are good resources for me to refine myself as a pre-service teacher through working collaboratively with experienced staffs, establishing rapport with students and to prioritise and multi-task in an organised manner.My Strengths as Tutor 💪
One of my strength is my effort to adjust my actions to the working pace of students through evaluate their objectives as they progress. Another strength that support this flexibility of mine is that I am open to opinions, suggestions and the needs of my students. In addition, I encourage myself to be honest and truthful towards students when there are concepts that go beyond my ability in order to ensure that I will not give them faulty knowledge through guessing answers.Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
It is important for the tutor to put effort in understanding the need of students and assist them to address their needs effectively. Because of that reason, the tutor needs to listen and competently apply their knowledge in order to improve student's learning.
