What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I have a passion to learn and to share the knowledge I have gained, this is why I believe I will enjoy a tutoring role - it combines my love for working with younger children with my eagerness to learning and teaching. Combining this with my need to be organised and on top of my work, I think I will be well suited to enjoy my time as a tutor while also ensuring a safe and fun learning environment for the students.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I believe that I have great communication skills - especially with younger children - courtesy to my warm, friendly and outgoing nature abut also due to the fact that I am of a closer age to them. Alongside this I have the organisational and time management skills that are essential for a successful tutor. Furthermore, I am fluent in languages other than English and am able to defeat communication barriers that may hinder the student from understand and/or learning at their own pace.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

Each student learns in a unique way and at a different pace and thus a good tutor must understand this and personalise their learning. Alongside this, the tutor must focus on building the student's confidence and teaching to their strengths before wandering into waters unfamiliar to the student. I believe that teaching to the student's needs and pace - ensuring they have as much fun learning as the tutor does teaching - is of utmost importance from the tutors perspective.
