What do I enjoy most about tutoring? π
What I enjoy the most about tutoring is the interaction with students to understand their interests, potentials, strength, and weakness. Getting to know our students is important, so we can create personalised learning which have more powerful impact to improve studentsβ achievements.
My Strengths as Tutor πͺ
I am a patient person that I believe to be an important quality to be a tutor. I will not easily give up on my students and will always do my best to help them succeed in school. Students vary from one individual to another. Problems can occur repeatedly. Therefore, with the great patience, a tutor will have the willingness to adapt to different student situations.
Most important things I can do for a student π
As a tutor, we are teaching our students how to think, not what to think because we want them to be independent learners. Our roles are to guide students in setting up their learning goals, motivate them to learn, and enable them to self-assess. As results, students can improve their academic performance, confidence, motivation, creativity, and intellectual curiosity.
