What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I enjoy seeing my students overcome difficulties and get that 'Eureka' moment after struggling at a specific topic or area for a large period of time. I also generally enjoy teaching subjects that I am enthusiastic about to my students in a fun and practical manner. There's also a certain aspect of nostalgia seeing individuals who were once in the same situation as me.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I believe my strengths as a tutor are my ability to communicate difficult or abstract topics in a comprehensible and efficient manner to my students. I also believe my strength as a tutor is my patience and ability to be empathetic with the struggles that my students go through which is why I think it's easier for me to form a rapport.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

I believe the most important thing a tutor should do is to chiefly act as support for the student's anxieties or worries about a particular subject and any academic difficulties they may have and continue to support them so that they are able to achieve their full potential. I also believe that tutors should not only make sure students are comfortable with course material but ensure that they instill within them life-long lessons on study techniques and methods, especially for examinations. Tutors also must ensure that their students have a work life balance instead of valuing grades.
