As a preservice teacher, observing a student's development from struggling to grasp certain concepts, evoloving to comprehending truly makes me acheive a sense of fulfillment. On the working side of things, the flexibility of tutoring really adds to the experience as an employee. I think it is extremely important for a student to feel comfortable in the presence of their tutor, allowing them to express where they are struggling, resulting in an appropriate environment for both teaching and learning.
