What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

Out of the many things I enjoy about tutoring, the best that I can pick is the flexibility and freedom it provides to entice and excite students. There is no traditional method of teaching when it comes to tutoring, so I like to incorporate multiple resources that are modern, interesting and leaves a little inspiration. It not only gives them a clear understanding of things, but also helps me look at things from a fresh perspective. This flow of thoughts is intriguing and indeed the best part of the profession.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I use everything and anything at my disposal to translate concepts into tangible contents so that it engages the students. I try my best to get my student to respect and admire me, because that will make them more likely to learn. Also, instead of imposing my logic and expectations on the student, I rather assess his/her natural strengths and nurture them. I’m patient with my student and I make sure that every aspect of each topic is communicated, engaged with and understood fully.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

According to me a good tutor should gather adequate information and verify their student’s needs to create an individual approach for their learning. They must listen to their students and encourage them to put forth the best of their efforts. A tutor must also assist their student in every possible way but make sure that the student doesn’t rely on them. There must be constant motivation and respect for each other. I also believe confidentiality is important when it comes to failures and there must be no judgement on the students ability but only a desire to help.
