What do I enjoy most about tutoring? π
I enjoy understanding the students needs and helping them by facilitating and motivating students, attaining studentsβ attention and attracting students towards teaching-learning process. I also enjoy being exploring several areas of concern for improving teaching- learning process; use of different teaching methods and power point in pedagogical practices and its effects on cognitive development of students, concept formation and relationship of teaching strategies in different subjects and application of teaching strategies and disruptive behavior of students.My Strengths as Tutor πͺ
I hold a masters degree in education which is one of the teaching degree that explains the child from scratch till lifetime development. Secondly, I am currently studying community service through which I have recognised real life problems with therapies and remedies, and my futuristic research goal is to explore and understand more about tutoring are the 3 strengths of mine.Most important things I can do for a student π
First of all respect for diversity and sincerity are the key factor to enter in any workforce. Secondly time managment, delivery method, discussion between students and parents, questionnaires to understand their views and observation, proper strategies and course plans are the other important things that every tutor should understand.
