What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
I enjoy engaging with students from different walks of life and understanding about their interests, goals and respective learning styles to plan and facilitate lessons in a way that would best appeal to each of them. In doing this, I challenge myself to view and present ideas through various perspectives, allowing me to constantly further my own world view. I also find it particularly satisfying when students understand concepts that had previously stumped them, and when they grow to love subjects they previously struggled with.My Strengths as Tutor 💪
I believe my strengths as a tutor stem not only from a strong mastery of English, but also the ability to identify students' strengths, weaknesses, interests and learning styles to effectively craft lessons that best work for them. I'm also approachable, allowing students to feel comfortable expressing opinions and asking questions.
