What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I really enjoying getting the opportunity to connect with young people as I feel they have so much to learn and helping them at an early stage will set them up for life. I think tutoring is very rewarding in general as you feel good that you can make a difference for another child.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

Making the student feel comfortable. I am very approachable and easy to get along with and this makes it easier for the students. I am able to make equations less complicated for students giving them a better chance at finding a solution.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

A different voice to listen to. I think that the student listening to someone other than their own teacher over and over again is important. It allows them to see things differently and enjoy what they are doing more.

Testimonials 🏆

Seamus has been great for our 7 year old son. He has gone from no interest in maths to actually asking if he can have more lessons. Seamus is easy to approach and takes the time to understand the issues with learning rather than just applying a checklist and ticking boxes. I highly recommend Seamus.
