What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
I genuinely enjoy connecting with fellow students and guiding them in their studies to help them reach their potential, goals and desired results. I like being a role model to younger students, motivating and inspiring them to work hard and improve their results. From my personal experience as a mentor, seeing my mentees grow and develop as a result of my guidance makes me happy as it means I was able to impact and motivate them positively. Finally, I enjoy being a pillar of support for students who need assistance or have their questions answered.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
I think my strengths lie in my ability to collaborate, understand and meaningfully connect with students and tutor them based on their individual experience and needs. I am very patient, compassionate, have good listening skills, and genuinely strive to help my students learn and improve over time. I think my leadership skills will allow me to empower and build confidence in my students. Finally, I am hardworking and determined, meaning I will never give up on my students and do everything I can to help them learn.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
I think one of the most important thing a tutor can do for a student is genuinely listening to and communicating with their student, observing their needs and teaching them with personalised strategies that truly engages the student in the learning process. I think that to take a student from insecurity and doubt to confidence is extremely important as it will lead to not only success in academic results but in their future life. A tutor can create a life-changing experience by supporting and encouraging their students in more than just their academics but as a guiding, motivational mentor.
