I think the most important thing a tutor should do is to understand how their student thinks and how they learn and to change the way they teach to cater for their learning style. For example, visually/verbally or abstract ideas/real life examples. I believe that it is also equally important to think from the student's level and to explain ideas from the bottom-up, making sure that they are not lost along the way.Tutoring students in 👦 👧
