What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
I enjoy sharing my academic knowledge to help others develop a greater understanding of the given subject like how my tutors have done for me. Tutoring supports those who need extra help and practise outside of school and often, it is at these centres where students feel more comfortable to ask questions and elaborate on what they don't understand.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
I have a great sense of responsibility and organisation which will motivate me to pay extra attention to the work and lessons that I prepare. I place pressure on myself to succeed which then, permeates through my work ethic whether it be ensuring that a student understands a concept or providing feedback on essays. Additionally, my academic capabilities and experiences in mathematics and history will allow me to teach the students well through my own tricks that I have developed during my own schooling.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
A tutor is an educator who can provide students with extra support when they are lacking confidence and understanding in the chosen subject area. The roles of a tutor, like teachers, are to assist students academically and emotionally so they will be doused with the experiences and skills that they need to succeed in the working environment or in further education. However, the differentiation between teachers at school and tutors in private centres is that tutors can help develop an even greater understanding by targeting specific and complex questions that may not be explored at school.
