I love helping others, especially helping them understand a concept that they didn't before. It gives me such pride in the student, as well as a sense of accomplishment and the feeling of happiness after helping someone. I'm a very good listener, and I try to understand what the student needs and is struggling with before trying to help them, so that I'm not repeating something they don't need help with. Listen to what they need, and what they are struggling with. Be patient if they don't understand something at first, and if they are still struggling with the concept after a while, trying teaching it to them in a different way so that they do understand.
