What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
When you work alongside someone to help them understand concepts, sometimes even those that are abstract, it is very rewarding to know you've helped someone get to that point of understanding. Additionally, when a student reaches or exceeds their own personal goals and you know that you've been able to get them there is something I strongly enjoy.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
I am very motivated and enthusiastic towards many aspects of life and put great emphasis on academic success which helps me ensure my motivation to students is genuine and encouraging. Motivation also ensures that I can emphasis on students that academic success isn't everything, but hard work and self-improvement is even more important. I am very understanding which allows for me to emphasise with people when they might struggle to understand something. I am flexible and versatile with my strengths which allows me to cater to peoples individual needs, as well as being a good listener.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
The most important thing is to encourage, motivate and support the students they are tutoring in order to ensure they move towards their academic goals as well as learning important skills, such as work ethic, which will stay with them for life and help them grow as people.
