What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

What I enjoy most about tutoring is teaching someone a concept and then the satisfaction you get from seeing them understand the concept and applying it. From tennis coaching, I enjoyed teaching students how to play and see them improve because as a role model it is satisfying to see those you teach learn from what they teach and expand their knowledge and skills.

My strengths are communication with students, ensuring I understand they understand me, listening abilities ensuring I understand the students needs giving me the ability to identify areas of struggles and how to improve on that.

The most important things I can do for a student is provide guidance and communication to ensure they understand the concept and can apply it. I think it is important for a tutor to give students suggestions on how to remember concepts and real world applications. It's a tutor's job to know what learning type the student is best suit to, i.e visual learner, audio learner or one on one.
