What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
The most interesting thing about tutoring is the uncertainty and different challenges that this uncertainty brings with it. Each student is different in his/her capabilities and potentials. Being able to understand those needs and tailor the study plans according to the students' potentials and helping them achieve their goals eventually is what I enjoy the most. Lastly, being able to celebrate my students' achievements as my own is what I really love about this job.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
As a tutor, it is really important that you are able to comprehend what problems your student is facing. Because if that is not clear, you won't be able to help him/her effectively. I like to build a student-mentor trust relationship in order to understand those issues correctly so that I can help them in the best possible way.
Also, I really believe in incorporating creativity in my study plans so that the students learn the concepts through practical application of them in the real world and not just rote memorize them.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
I believe in the saying that "No question is a dumb question". Motivating my students to ask as many questions as possible and as many times as they want till they feel that the concept is clear to them fully, is what I stand for. I believe in being patient and listening to the students' queries and talking them through the solution to their problems effectively. I always try to encourage my students even if they think that they are failing. I tell them to consider this as a lesson learned and make a comeback with even more strength and hardwork.
