My greatest strength is patience and empathy. I have noticed the smartest tutors are not the best tutors. Poor tutors are able to patiently tutor until the student understand the concept on their own accord. I have witnessed tutors lose their patience and "tell" their students the concept being taught, instead of "teaching" the concept. Empathy allows you to understand the students weaknesses and effectively teach.Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
