I enjoy the feeling of fulfillment I get, from imparting knowledge to the younger generation, and also very inspired to see the learning process of a young person. I think the most important thing a tutor can do is to be available for a student at times of need, to clear their doubts, especially during exams, as that is generally the time when students have the most number of doubts.
