I love the interaction with the students and fellow colleagues. As teaching is a learning process, I have learnt lots of things and there by helped me in exploring myself. Patience is the key factor. Every students are different in their own way and their grasping power differs. Even if they are not able to understand the topic even after repeating so many times, tutor should take considerable effort in understanding them the portion with out getting anger. Then proper revision should be done by tutor before class and instead of solving a particular problem it is important to teach them solve a particular type.
