What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

The satisfaction both my student and I get when they learn something that they could not understand before. For instance, I once spent a whole afternoon teaching someone how to factorize mathematical expressions, and the satisfaction we both got when he finally realised how to do it was priceless.

My Strengths as Tutor πŸ’ͺ

I am very patient, and aim for quality rather than quantity in learning because it does not make sense to rush through things without getting a good understanding of it. I have experienced the struggles of not being motivated to study, and of pulling myself up from failing grades. These experiences helped to build my character, and will also help me empathise with the students I will work with.

Most important things I can do for a student πŸ…

A tutor is there to first and foremost, help a student to achieve his goals. Anyone can get through school with a certificate, but students with ambition sometimes need the extra push to get to where they want to be. Even if one's goals are not magnificent, a tutor can also be the one to guide the student in ways that a parent or school tutor might not be able to.
