What do I enjoy most about tutoring? ๐Ÿ˜

The things I enjoy most about tutoring is seeing the moment of realisation of a student when they finally understanding the concepts that they're learning. The lightbulb moment when everything clicks for them and their own sense of empowerment after they have just overcome a hard challenge.

My Strengths as Tutor ๐Ÿ’ช

I believe that my strengths as a tutor is my flexibility. While I myself was learning these subjects, I would ask different teachers in the same subject for their way of explaining when I did not understand a particular concept. Every teacher had a slightly different way of explaining, and through a collaboration of these small differences, I could build a better understanding of the concept. It is through these experiences that I believe I can cater to different students through providing the best and simplest explanations for them.

Most important things I can do for a student ๐Ÿ…

I am always willing to listen. Teaching a student is not lecturing them and assuming that they are a sponge and can absorb everything you say. I believe that to teach a student well, you must be willing to listen to them, and understand how they learn so that you can provide the best learning experience as possible. I want to be a tutor so that I can help others, and that can only be done when I listen to their problems and try to solve it with them.
