What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

The thing I enjoy most about tutoring is the moment when a student finally grasps a concept or theory and is able to put it into practice. As an teacher of any kind, it is extremely rewarding and satisfying to see when a student is able to use their newfound knowledge and skills to go on and explore higher and more challenging concepts.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

Coming from an Army Cadet background, I am more attuned to the needs of my students, and more attentive to their needs. I've taught classes where students would be at different stages of learning For example, in a lesson on advanced radio operations, one student had not even learned the basics yet due to varying circumstances. After assigning a practice task for the rest of the class to hone their skills and knowledge, I took this student aside and gave him instruction on the basics of radio operation, making sure to raise his skills so that his on par with his peers.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

The most important a tutor can do for a student is to be engaging. There is no point in teaching a student if he/she is not engaged in the content and not absorbing it. Tutors should be aware of his student's needs and wants in order to best engage them in the lesson and material in order to ensure the most rewarding learning experience.
