What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

The thing I enjoy most about tutoring is seeing the progress made by a student in the particular subject, whether it is understanding of a concept, or improving in efficiency or speed when performing various tasks.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I am understanding and have the ability to empathise with the student, allowing me to accurately and correctly identify any issues within their learning, areas of improvement and also they ways in which they are most comfortable learning. I also have a wide range of resources which I obtained throughout my HSC for all 3 mathematics courses I did, thus my students would have access to a wide range of resources for their studies.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

The most important thing a tutor can do for a student is to be patient, understading and to listen. This allows for the student to be comfortable and be in a space where they can learn at an optimal rate and feel comfortable to ask any questions related to the work.

Testimonials 🏆

I’m just into my first few sessions with Tavonga, and he’s explained and broken down Yr 12 Chemistry so well. He’s very understanding and patient to allow me to totally grasp the syllabus.
