Tutoring gives me the opportunity to teach in a one on one situation, focusing my attention one willing or a small group of students and helping them to achieve their goals. It enhances my communication, leadership and speaking skills as I am good at explaining concepts to the students. Then, I always support and assist my students whenever they need my help regards the subject they find difficult or regards my teaching. Most important things a tutor can do for a student is to help him/her to achieve good grades in their exam. Next, I will help them to solve their assignments questions and help them to prepare for their exams. I will keep on motivate them no matter what so that they could do their best in class and exam, and build their self-confidence. I will guide my students to be critical thinkers, especially when preparing for tests or exams, rather than teaching them memorizing the answers.
