What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
I enjoy being able to tutor and teach someone and guide them through the subject they are currently studying. Being able to impart knowledge that I either gained through taking the subject or since taking the subject allows me to show them exactly what the best ways to approach that particular subject are and in essence give them a better understanding of the topics than I had when I first did them.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
One of the most important things I think are important when tutoring are to make sure the students understand completely what you are teaching them. Sometimes students can brush it off or say that they are understanding but do not know how to apply it, I make sure that the people I tutor completely understand any content that we go through and are able to apply it to their studies and maximise their marks.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
Teaching the content required within a particular subject is only the start of what a tutor can do for their student, but teaching them how to apply everything they have learned to not only the subject at hand but how they are tested within that subject. Since going through the HSC I have learned that some subjects teach content in a very different way to how they test the subject itself, so I am able to share my experiences and make sure none of my students are caught off guard within the exam.
