What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I enjoy explaining concepts and subject content for students in creative and different ways to help them gain a clearer understanding. I also enjoy the personal connections that come with tutoring, getting know students strengths, interests, weaknesses and learning styles. It have really helped me to approach the student with the right teaching methods and also to motivate them to do better and to improve their weaknesses. Specially, as tutor I believe creating the interest and motivation to study that specific subject helps the student to put their fullest potential.

As a tutor, my strengths lie in my ability to communicate effectively and clearly which is my key qualities as a tutor, as I have the ability to break down the complex topics into simpler. Mostly, I do activities and Q&A sessions to ensure student understand the material. Another strength is the ability to adapt to each students unique learning style, providing personalized support. Also to teach them with more emphasis on the topic as encouraging them to understand the "why" and "how" behind the concepts rather than just encouraging memorizing the information.

The most important things a tutor can do for their students is to build their confidence, to meet their unique learning styles and to create a safe and supportive learning environment. It's essential to encourage and appreciate students perspectives. By being an active listener tutors can engage students more in the learning process, making them feel valued and boosting confidence. Further, meeting their learning style helps to cater the child with the subject content effectively. Creating a safe and supportive environment which helps the students to open up for communication.
