What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
I genuinely enjoy helping my friends and classmates with class challenges, and I believe my experience completing Year 12 last year equips me with valuable insights that can benefit younger students. As a tutor, I aim to share the knowledge and strategies I’ve developed to help students not only grasp key concepts but also excel in their studies. I’m passionate about guiding others toward success and making learning both accessible and rewarding.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
As a tutor, I strive to create a friendly, down-to-earth environment where students feel comfortable and confident in their learning. By sharing the knowledge I've gained over the years, I aim to make complex concepts easy to understand and help students excel in their high school careers. My goal is to inspire a love for learning while empowering students with the skills and confidence they need to succeed.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
The most important thing I can do for a student is make learning interesting and meaningful. Instead of just focusing on memorizing formulas or facts, I prioritize helping students truly understand the concepts behind the material. I believe that deep understanding is key to long-term success, as it empowers students to apply their knowledge in different contexts and think critically. By fostering this understanding, I aim to inspire a genuine love for learning and set students up for lasting achievement.

Hobbies
I have a wide range of hobbies that keep me active and entertained. I’m passionate about playing and watching almost all sports, so I’m always up for a good conversation about the latest games or teams. I love spending my free time with friends, whether it’s doing activities together or just hanging out. When I’m not with my mates, you’ll find me enjoying movies and TV shows, diving into my interest in cars, or hitting the gym for a good workout. I’m always excited to explore new things and share my interests with others!
Career
I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering at Monash University, building on my strong academic foundation, which includes graduating from Vermont Secondary College with an ATAR of 98.60. Over the past three years, I’ve gained valuable work experience through part-time roles at Target and KFC, which have honed my communication, teamwork, and time-management skills. Now, as I transition into tutoring and the academic field, I’m excited to use my knowledge and experiences to help others succeed in their studies and achieve their goals.
Goals
My goal as a tutor is to help students truly understand what they’re learning, rather than just memorizing information. I want to make learning an enjoyable experience, not a chore, and inspire them to see the value in what they’re studying. Ultimately, I hope to guide them toward discovering their purpose and passion, helping them build a strong foundation for their future career and life beyond high school.
